These SMS Terms describe the text message program operated by Roll Off Rental App ("we," "us," or "our") for customers who sign up at rolloffrentalapp.com. By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box at signup, you agree to these SMS Terms.
Roll Off Rental App sends account and status text messages to the business owner who signs up. These are transactional messages such as signup confirmation, provisioning and onboarding status, support and ticket updates, and important account notices. Messages are sent from (717) 248-4135.
Your consent to receive these texts is not a condition of purchase. You provide express consent by checking the SMS opt-in box and submitting your mobile number at signup. We keep a record of that consent as described in our Privacy Policy.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity (for example, signup, provisioning milestones, and support updates).
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge you for the messages themselves.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties, and we do not use it for third-party marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Your provisioned instance can send text messages to your customers (for example, delivery and pickup reminders) once your business completes its own carrier/10DLC registration. Those messages are sent under your business's brand and registration, and you are responsible for obtaining consent and complying with applicable law for them. These SMS Terms cover only the account messages we send to you.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
