Roll Off Rental App is a hosted software service for roll-off rental businesses. Access, pricing, setup work, and custom development are provided according to the customer's selected plan and any approved written scope.

Standard Platform

The standard platform includes hosted access, branding/configuration, app support, AI-assisted first support responses, and platform updates. Custom workflow changes are not included unless separately approved.

Custom Platform

Custom platform customers may submit support, feature, workflow, branding, and integration requests. AI may provide the first response, and larger work may require a quoted scope and approval before implementation.

Customization Packs

A change means a small, bounded modification to the existing platform, such as changing fields, labels, templates, simple rules, reports, or theme details. Major workflow rewrites, new modules, new third-party integrations, new payment processors, large data projects, full redesigns, and architecture changes are not included as a single change and may require a separate quote.

Messaging

SMS features may require carrier, provider, or campaign approval before activation. Outbound SMS may remain disabled until required registration information is complete and approved.

Billing

Subscription and setup payments are processed through the selected billing provider. Monthly signup includes a setup fee unless otherwise waived. Annual prepaid signup waives the setup fee and is non-refundable. Failed or canceled billing may result in account suspension.
